About the tool
A focused utility for finding email-shaped text in content you control
Email Extractor Tool is an independent web utility. It does not sell contact lists, operate an email campaign service, or claim that an extracted address is a real or consenting mailbox.
How processing works
Pasted text
Processed in the browser. The extractor normalizes common obfuscations, removes duplicates and applies the filters you select.
TXT, CSV and DOCX
Parsed in the browser. These supported formats do not need to be uploaded to the server.
Uses an in-memory server fallback because reliable PDF parsing is not bundled into the browser path. The interface discloses this before processing.
Public URL
Fetched by the server with private-network, credential, redirect, response-size and timeout protections. Use it only for pages you may scan.
What the tool checks
- Email syntax and configurable filters.
- Duplicate addresses and result-level domain summaries.
- Optional DNS records for a limited number of unique domains.
- Export to TXT, CSV or JSON after you review results.
What it cannot prove
- That a mailbox exists or accepts messages.
- That an address belongs to a specific person.
- That its owner has consented to receive email.
- That using an address is lawful in your jurisdiction or context.
Product principles
Explain data movement. Local processing and server-assisted modes are labeled separately instead of being described as universally local.
Avoid unsupported claims. We do not publish invented ratings, user totals or accuracy percentages. Quality is protected with a fixed regression corpus and automated tests, while real-world results still depend on the source.
Keep users in control. History is optional and browser-local, exports are explicit, and domain checks explain their limits.
Use the tool responsibly
Only process sources you own or are authorized to use. Extraction is not permission to contact someone. Review the privacy policy and terms for the full boundaries.
