Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2, 2026

1. Agreement and service

By using EmailExtractorTool.org, you agree to these terms. The service identifies email-like text in content you provide, supports local file parsing and server-assisted PDF or public-URL processing, offers DNS-based domain checks, and lets you export results. It does not verify mailbox ownership, consent or deliverability.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content and URLs you submit and for how you use the results. You must have the right or permission to process the source and must comply with privacy, anti-spam, intellectual-property, access-control and marketing laws that apply to you.

3. Prohibited use

  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment, fraud, phishing or identity theft.
  • Accessing private, restricted or protected systems or content without authorization.
  • Bypassing technical controls, probing internal networks, introducing malware or disrupting the service.
  • Automated traffic or repeated requests intended to inflate advertising activity or evade rate limits.
  • Using results to violate another person's privacy, contractual rights or applicable law.

4. Results and validation limits

Extraction is pattern-based and can miss addresses or include text that is not a working mailbox. DNS checks only report domain-level records and cannot establish that a mailbox exists, belongs to a person, accepts messages or has consented to contact. Review results before relying on them.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided free of charge on an “as available” basis. Features, supported formats and reasonable abuse limits may change. We may suspend access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse prevention.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights in content you are authorized to submit. The site's software, interface, branding and original explanatory content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant rights to third-party content or to email addresses found in a source.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We are not responsible for decisions, messages, campaigns or legal obligations arising from your use of extracted results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy and advertising

Our Privacy Policy explains browser processing, server fallbacks, local history, analytics, advertising and cookies. Do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal data in submitted content.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
