Clean and deduplicate an email list
Paste a list to normalize casing, remove duplicates and separate email-shaped matches from surrounding text. Cleanup runs locally in the browser.
A small duplicate-heavy list is preloaded. Run it once, then replace it with an authorized list.

What to provide
- Newline-, comma- or prose-separated lists can be scanned.
- Keep duplicates enabled only when repeated occurrences are meaningful to your review.
What you receive
- Normalized email-shaped strings with duplicates removed by default.
- Optional DNS labels describe domain records, not mailbox existence.

How to use this workflow
- 1Paste the list in the Text tab.
- 2Keep duplicate removal on and choose any needed filters.
- 3Extract, inspect exclusions and optionally check a limited set of domains.

Accuracy boundaries
- Cleanup does not confirm mailbox existence, current ownership or deliverability.
- DNS results apply to domains and can change.
- The tool cannot determine consent, suppression status or campaign legality.
Privacy for this mode
The pasted list and cleanup result stay in the browser during extraction. History is off by default and, when enabled, is stored only in browser storage.

A wanted address is missing
Review advanced filters and the source spelling before relaxing detection.
A disposable or unwanted domain remains
Use an explicit domain filter and perform your own policy review.
Responsible use
Never use cleanup to re-add unsubscribed people or bypass a suppression list. Preserve the consent and provenance records outside this tool.
Review applicable privacy, anti-spam and data-protection requirements before contacting anyone.
Frequently asked questions
Does cleaner mean verified?
No. Cleaner means normalized and deduplicated; it does not prove a mailbox exists.
Can I check domains?
You can request limited DNS checks. MX or address records still do not verify an individual mailbox.
Is history required?
No. History is off by default and can remain off.
